And so it is that, with 30 years of experience, I still find myself producing a BIO extra virgin olive oil with an intense bouquet, dispensing fresh fruitiness (almonds, apples), green olives and elegant herbaceous notes.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil “82 la Pacchiana,” green in color tending to yellow with greenish highlights, is perfect in aroma and flavor, the living fruit of the pressing of a monovariety of olives, the Carolea, grown in the exceptional climate of Calabria.
This is also why our oil has low acidity, and a high content of natural antioxidants (polyphenols and tocopherols).
With high and constant productivity, this regional cultivar ranks second in the national panorama to the Apulian varieties, which have always been the main producers of oil on the market.
